I recieve a "Manual Configuration" error notice every time I boot my
computer. The message is the type that ask whether you want to report it or
not. Is there a fix so I don't get that error pop-up?

Thanks,
JSS

Hi John,

This is due to items being unchecked in: Start/Run/Msconfig/Startup.
Generally, this will only last for three boots. You can either remove the
runkey that provokes it and/or the disabled items that does the same.

Automated Edit:

Stop the Selective Startup Screen (Line 173)

Manual Edit:

Go to Start/Run/Regedit and navigate to this key and delete it.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\
CurrentVersion\Run\MSConfig

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\
CurrentVersion\Run\MSConfig

Clear Disabled Items from Msconfig Startup (Line 148)
