Any ideas folks !
i've helped others on here
can anyone help me ?
here is the senario:-
Windows 2000 with Active Dir.
All Windows 2000 workstations.
Use to run on local profiles ....
I am introducing a Mandatory Profile
which worked brilliantly under NT4
Having problems when a user that is attached
to the new mandatory profile logs on a
pc in a different room that has different printers.
Tried using Con2prt and print.bat - that works
fine for network printers BUT !!!! on pcs that
only need to connect to the local printer LPT1
It tells the user that there are no printers installed.
Any ideas how to default a mandatory profile to
a Local printer using con2prt command or ANY OTHER
ways of doing this is there a registry setting ???
Bring back Winodws 311
Please help !!!
