Managing multiple manager's calendars-techniques

Can you point to me a resource on techniques for managing
multiple calendars? I especially need an efficient way to
manage their incoming meeting requests. Right now they all
come to my Inbox and it gets a little confusing.
 
When I had that task, I set up separate Inboxes for each
manager and set up a rule for the mail coming in that
person's name to go to their inbox.
 
Yes this works for email but not for meeting invites from
their calendars. Can I set up a folder or color code each
manager's incoming meeting invitations? I don't see a way
to do that with an invite...they appear differently than
regular email.
