Managing Microsoft/Internet toolbars

Anyone know an easy wany to add/remove toolbars from
your 'view' menu and from your machine. Also, anyone ever
heard of either of these two toolbars(this is the way they
show up in my view list): Xupiter or, 'rxblvquqast'?
