Hello. I am experiencing a small, but annoying, problem with Windows Mail
(formerly Outlook Express). I have some friends that often forward me mail
from other people. Most of the time these e-mails go directly to my Junk
Mail folder. I have already placed these senders on the Safe Senders list.
Also, under "Junk E-mail Options" I have selected "No Automatic filtering.
Mail from blocked senders is still moved to the Junk E-mail folder."

And yet forwarded mail from my contact on the Safe Senders list is still
mostly sent to the Junk Mail folder. What could be causing this? Is there
possibly a security setting somewhere else on my system (i.e. Spam settings
from my third-party security suite) that doesn't like forwarded E-mails?

Thanks.
Iggy.

If you are certain that these senders are not on your Blocked Senders list,
then the only remaining possibility is that your third party security software
is doing this.

Thanks, Garry. You're right. The problem was in my third-party anti-spam
software. It also uses an allowed senders list. Thanks.
Iggy :)

Thanks for your feedback.
(Yet one more illustration of why third party security programs should
not be allowed to mess with Windows Mail.)
