OK, you are dealing with a simple minded blond so have mercy.....
I am currently using Outlook 2003. I have a treo phone that I sync with my
Outlook. I now have several duplicates in my primary Outlook Contacts
folder. I want to Clean them up and try to prevent duplication in the
future. Is this possible?
Also what is the function of some of these data managers like
Plaxo.....can't think of the others now....and should I look to them for
assistance with this problem? I also use Yahoo and have contacts from here
in my Outlook.....its crazy! HELP!
Thanks to any and all who can help me

You may get an answer here from someone who has a similar setup (not me,
sorry), but I think you'll have a better chance of getting accurate help
from people who are expert in Outlook if you post in an Outlook newsgroup.
Here's a list of all the MS public newsgroups:

http://aumha.org/nntp.htm

There's an Outlook general group (microsoft.public.outlook.general) but
there may be a group even more specific to your question so check the list
at AumHA first.
