Is there any way you can divide lists in the Accounts folder or Business
Contacts folder so that you can quickly create a merge e-mail to be sent to
those specific contacts?
For example, we have Active and inactive accounts in our Accounts folder.
Is there a way to filter the list so that we only send our message to the
Active accounts? If so, how would this be done?
