Can anyone tell me if its possible to create a MS Access
database that can connect into Active Directory. I'm
thinking along the lines of an Access Database that you
can put in a new users details etc, click a button and
get that user added automatically into AD.

A number of 3rd party vendors have done this type of thing
(account provisioning). It should also be possible to do
yourself if you have some ADSI and/or LDIF knowledge.

Have a look at some of the vendor offerings to see how
they do it.

SimpleSync from CPS

LDSU from HP

MMS from Microsoft

y/mms/default.asp

These last two could well be overkill for you, as they
are full-featured solutions for directory sync.

For straightforward account provisioning you could look
at Enterprise Directory Manager from Aelita.
