When I try to open a JPEG in "My Documents / My Pictures" I get the following
message:

PROGRAM NOT FOUND
Windows can not find manager.exe.
This program is needed for opening files
of type 'JPEG image'.

Location of manager.exe:
C:\
OK CANCEL LOCATE

your photo viewing app must either have been uninstalled
or dis-associated.
if you want a good , free image viewer/editor google for : Irfanview
