A Alexander Gorlach Jul 29, 2004 #3 Hi! I know that Managed MAPI is installed with BCM. In this case: 1. My patch may help in some cases ("Unknown error" of Managed MAPI): http://blogs.officezealot.com/gorlach/archives/000858.html 2. You can also try to install the first BCM Service Pack: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=839881 If you have no Business Contact Manager then sends the list of installed add-ins here.
