Manage Printers

Is there a way to manage my printers? I would like to
view who is printing what to where and at what time. I
would also like to be notified if someone tries to print a
document that is large to a small printer. We are in a
W2K network. Do I have to buy 3rd party software or can
windows handle it?

Print Audit 4 will do what you need, except notify you
when a large job goes to small printer. You can set a max
page limit, if the limit is exceeded pop up window comes
