I have an Exchange 2003 server where I am pointing different email domains,
example @mydomain1.com and @mydomain2.com.

When I send email from outlook I can show FROM to specify FROM which email
but I am receving the email as i do not have rights!

How can I make it work and have some drop down list there to select from my
emails and not from a whole list of everyone in the company?

When you send mail, it comes from your default address (defined in your
mailbox on the server). Check out www.ivasoft.biz for ChooseFrom....

....or remove the other addresses from your mailbox & set them up as
distribution lists, with your own mailbox as the sole member, and grant
yourself Send As rights so you can use the From field

....or set up a Internet Mail account in Outlook with the display name &
e-mail address you want to send from, set it up with a bogus POP account for
inbound, and set it to relay outbound mail through your Exchange server
(authenticate to it) and tell Outlook's send/receive settings not to include
it.

Select the Account in AD and give to a group the right "send as" from the
security tab. Now you have the right to send mail from that account.
For the list:
create a group with the accounts that you need to "send as"
create a reception list that query "meber of" from that group

ChooseFrom is the better idea here I think if you need all your SMTP
addresses to be on the one user object.
