Manage Active Directory remotely

I would like to be able to add, change, delete users,
computers, groups from my desktop and not have to go to
the server. Is there anyway this could happen?

And if you use Exchange 2000 do not forget to install the
ESM and then run the same Service Pack level on your
desktop tha you have running on the Exchange
Server...Otherwise you will not be able to do
the "Exchange stuff".
