Sorry -- you didn't provide enough information for me to be able to
do that...

In case you don't understand -- clearly a better than fair bet --
filenames alone are generally of extraodinarily little diagnostic
value.

quarantined but I cannot find any information, anywhere . . . .

Perhaps in the Quarantined section of Norton there may be more info.
I did a Google on it and someone mentioned it as a virus. Why not just send
(submit) that Quarantined file to Symantec.
The instructions on how to submit it are in Norton Antivirus in the Antivirus,
Reports section.
