(Malicious taskbar added to IE.) How do I remove?

I have a taskbar that has been added to my IE, but the taskbar dropdown has
now been disabled, and my taskbars are now locked.

How do I remove this?

Using ToolbarCop to remove the unwanted Toolband, Toolbar Icons and
BHO:

You should remove the malware that probably did this.
