malicious programme download

a malicious programme has been downloaded on to my
computer, now i am unable to use any search engines all
requests are redirected to this programme can anyone help

You could try this program. It removes a lot of adware, spyware, etc. Not
sure how it deals with browser hijacking. Make sure you check for updates
after installing. Hope that helps.
