Hi,

Quite often I have users wanting to send Bcc-mails. But in a way where the
reciepient are lead to believe, that the message was send separately to
them.

I think I am looking for some kind of VBA-script to move addresses from the
Bcc-field to individual mails and send it. But thats just a guess.

Could anyone offer some advice?

Best regards,
/Kasper

I'd show the users how to use mail merge to Word to perform mass mailings with individual messages going out.

Hi Sue - I agree, that could be a solution. But I am not sure how to attach
files using mail merge? Is that possible?

Best regards,

No, that's not possible without a third-party tool or custom code, but I don't think you mentioned it in your original post (which I no longer have handy -- it helps if you quote earlier parts of the discussion).

You're right. I mistakenly didn't mention it earlier. I should have, since
this was my reason for not using mail merge and to post in this folder in
the first place - as I expected that I would need some VBA to do the job.

I actually thought it was preferred to only quote the latter message in
order to keep the msg size down. But I will see to reconfigure 40tude
Dialog to include the message history.

Best regards,
/Kasper
