As most people, I have Outlook Express loaded as part of
my Windows (98) set up. I don't use it however,
preferring to use Outlook. I can't seem to remove it
either.
Outlook Express seems to be recognised as my 'default' e-
mail programme so when I try to e-mail someone from a
website, it automatically loads Outlook Express instead
of Outlook.
How can I configure Outlook so it, not Outlook Express,
becomes the default e-mail programme?

You can do this in Control Panel-> Internet Options-> tab Programs.

Removing Outlook Express isn't recommended especially for Outlook 2000 as is
uses parts of Outlook Express. Also the newsgroup functionality for any
version of Outlook is in fact Outlook Express.
