May users are complaining about the things they need to go through to make there new outlook look like there old one. We were on 2002 and now 2003 also moved from W2K to XP Pro. Is there an automated way to have the folder list the default view, turn off reading panes and not to showmessages in groups. Those three are the biggest complaints I get. Let me know!

No, you can't. When you change the Messages view however you'll probably
change most of your folders to the desired view. For more info see;

Sounds like you need outlook profiler!! It does currently do
those features although they take requests.
