There are so many, do you have a budget. I use Ulead dvd workshop 2 around
£200.

I use Dazzle DVD Compleat. It can make any menu system you are ever likely
to want....it cost something like £49 which would be around US $70 from
Best Buy/Comp USA, if they still have it on the shelf
