Making drop down selection lists

Hi guys

Is there a way to make a drop down list that includes an "add new
entry" selection at the end of the list that jumps one over to the
selection list range?
 
HEY! Do you guys have any IRC channels? Because the flood of posts in
these groups means that many posts get missed entirely.
