making copies from the A prompt

When i am working from the a:\ prompt and i want to
make a copy of the disk that i am using what do i type.
I use to use diskcopy a: a: but not able to use that now.

From Windows Explorer and with the focus on the A: drive (with a floppy
disk inserted), click File> Copy Disk.
