I created and published a website for a company on my laptop- but now they
want me to install Frontpage on their laptop - so they can make changes to
the site - how to I set this up on their laptop? Thank you.

They'll need to purchase a copy of FP. It's a matter of installing it as
usual through the normal process (a person from that company will have to
install it, logged on with admin priviledges etc)

Then when FP is installed, open the web 'live' and publish down to the
laptop. Close the 'live' site and open the local web .

Done

Have them purchase FrontPage, then install it.

Then, publish the remote web to their lap top. Then, they can open it, make
changes, and publish. The first publish will require publish all pages, not
just changed pages, to get the web in synch.

Thank you - just to make sure I understand - File - Menu - Open Site and
enter URL of your live/remote site as http://www.yourdomain.com (I got this
from another response :))

Then, publish the remote web to their lap top. Then, they can open it, make
changes, and publish. The first publish will require publish all pages, not
just changed pages, to get the web in synch?

Thanks for your help - Susie
