Making A4 paper the default

Hi Everyone
How do I make A4 paper in Excel 2002XP the default paper
size?
I have changed every thing pertaining to paper I can to
A4, but when I open a new workbook A4 has been replaced
by Letter size. Is the default paper size held in
Excel10.xlb?

The defaults for your machine are set by your printer driver, not XL,
however, if the workbooks are sent to you and are set to letter, you will
have to save the workbook with the new setting
