Making a sent e-mail stand out

I would like to know how other than flagging a message or
getting the recipients to set a rule, I can emphasise a
message I send to large groups of people. Can anyone offer
advise e.g. The message I send is a different colour in
their inbox without them setting up a rule.

You could raise the priority of the mail so it will display red or with an
explanation mark on most e-mail clients
