I am running Outlook 2003 and have several Distribution Lists in my Contacts database. I want to make a "name and adress" report showing selected fields in a columnar fashion. I want to attach this report to an email to send to everyone on the Lists for verification and other purposes. I would lie to be able to select the fields displayed and some control over the format
I would also like to export selected fields for all members of a Distribution Lists. All I get on Export now is the headings of all possible fields, but no data on the members.
How do I do this?
