Windows XP Making a MP3 jukebox in Flash CS3

What a pain in the butt! Making an mp3 player is harder than I first thought

I have tried about 3 different tuturials, all with no luck!

Some are either too basic, I want it too look and act like the one on this website:

I know this will be hard too do, but are there any flash users that are out there that can help?

I'm not sure how to get it to look like that, as all of the ones I can find are pretty basic:

Is it not just a case of layering pretty graphics over the top? I don't know a thing about Macromedia Flash, but you may be able to find some answers on the flashkit forums : http://board.flashkit.com/board
