Making a Folder PW protected

Ok then is there a way to Make A Folder Password protected on a drive with
unprotected folders so one in particular cant be viewed seen or examined
(only can be see if u allow hidden folders) but need a password to access
folder

XP does not use password protection for folders. It uses permissions.
In help and support type permissions in the search box.
