Is it possible to make a contacts list available globally in Outlook? We are
going to create a very large list of Contacts for a new project here at work
and need that list available to certain users in the office. Is this
possible?

If so, how do I go about doing that?

Thank you!

Hi, I setup a small network with SBS 2003, and 8 user computers. I also
setup a shared contact folder on exchange server for the users to share
contacts. Shares the info OK.

!!!HOWEVER, I want to import a list of addresses from a contacts folder
on a user machine to start a list in the shared folder. Does anyone know
how to export the contacts list, and then reimport them into a public
folder contact list? The import function does not display the public
folder when opened.

Thanks for any ideas!

I'm not all that conversant about Exchange but could you import the list to
a local folder then drag/drop copy the contacts into a Public Folder?

Hi, Yes I have already tried this, but it does not work. The Globa
contacts folder is flagged as a 'CONTACTS' folder (???) and
subdirectory is created, yet it can not be opened when opening a ne
Email. The Global Conatcts is selectable, but no contacts are in th
list when slected.

Any other ideas?

Thanks
