Make XP look like Mac OS X

How can I make my Xp system look like OS X. I tried Puma
V3.0 theme, downloadable from devianart.com, but my
windows went black when I used it. Any sugesstions?
 
Use WindowsBlinds from http://www.windowblinds.net/ you can only download a
trial version, but it's still great.

Downloadable themes:
http://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?searchtext=&sort=UserRating&order=Descending&library=1

NOTE: Using complicated themes will slow down even a power system.

Er, if you wanted something that looked like a Mac, why did you buy a PC?
