Make XP like OS X?

hi all,

I have just been looking at the latest version of OS X and i was wondering
if there is a program similar to expose. For those of you who don't know
what this is have a look here

http://www.apple.com/macosx/features/expose/

and click one of the pictures for a flash demo. the real thing looks soooo
slick and i would love to have the same kind of thing on XP.

Any ideas?
