Make the wording of excel sheets and tabs consistent

In the Header/footer options for excel i have the option to display what Tab
is being printed. Then when i right click on the Tabs is says Sheets....
which are they? Tabs or Sheets.

Please make the description of them consistent in your product. It becomes
confusing what people are talking about when you call them two different
things.

which are they? Tabs or Sheets.

A Tab is attached to a sheet and contains the sheet name. Even if Tabs are
not displayed (they can be turned off) the Sheet continues to exist.
