Hi there
I'm running Outlook 2003 in an exchange 2003/ server 2003 environment. I've
created a PRF file using the Custom Installation Wizard which works pretty
well apart from I want the emails to be delivered to a PST file
(\\servername\PSTs$\%username%) instead of to the mailbox.

How do I do this?

Thanks for any help!

Art.

You can set the delivery location on the same page of the CIW as where you add the Outlook Address Book.

Note that delivering to a .pst file makes some of the key collaboration features in Outlook+Exchange virtually unusable. Furthermore, Microsoft does not support storing .pst files on a network drive and warns that increased network traffic will occur possibly also with data corruption.

Thanks for that Sue. I'll take your suggestions about the PST onboard too.
