Make outlook minimse to system tray on Close

Hi, is there any way to make Outlook minimise to the system tray on
close? It already minimises to the system tray rather than the taskbar
when you click the minimise button at the top right, but is there any
way to also do this on close?

Why should there be? Close means just that - close - as in Shut down.
