Wouldn't it be great to be able to right click on an inbox email and put it
into your calendar? Perhaps as a hyperlink between the two so that agendas,
or minutes sent by email can easily be accessed at the appropriate time-
rather than trawling through subfolders?

or am i being dumb and this can be done already?

Yep can be done already!

Drag and drop.

Right mouse drag from Inbox to Calendar and when you release you can chooser
to Move. bla bla bla....

This has been in every Outlook version - just super well hidden! Right
click and right drag everything everywhere. Amaze yourself at what's in
there.

I'm familiar with the dragging and dropping -- I do it all the time -- but
there should be an easier way to create an appointment. I'm thinking from
the "Other Actions" menu in the e-mail dialog box, there can be a "Make
Appointment" action. Or maybe even an automatic ability to recognize date
and time, and create an appointment that way (like the way Google integreates
G-cal and G-mail).
