Make outlook default newsreader program

My ISP (Pipex) has finally forced me to stop using Turnpike as an e-mail
program. I've converted over fine, but when the 'News' tab is clicked it
gives the Turnpike newsreader rather than the Outlook one. How do I change
the default? The Outlook Help doesn't cover it.
