I'm importing avis that were rendered at 30fps so I need
to export the finished movie at the same rate.Anyone know
if I can do this?

Yes, it does that. When you make your choice of file type when saving the
movie, look at the info in the lower left corner of the wizard window and
note the frame rate.

Cheers for that PapaJohn,
but I don't get any video options that run at 30.
The highest frame rate is 25.

I'm not using a video capture card if that makes any
difference.

If you are using PAL as you option, maybe 25 equals 30 usually.

Pick an NTSC format for 30.
