make labels from this

newbie to this and trying to set up a potential customer database and would
like to somehow print out labels from the data we are entering. If you know
how can you write me very simple step by step directions. I will be very
grateful.

Assuming you already have a table set up with data in it, the simplest
thing to do is:
*Click on Reports under "Objects" on the left menu.
*Once your in the report view Click on "New" near the top, it has a symbol
that looks like a green book.
*Choose Label Wizard from the menu that you get.
*The label wizard will pretty much walk you through the rest.

Bear in Mind, in order for it to work well, you need to have your name
fields, street address fields, city, state and zip fields all pretty much
separated. If you have all of your address information squashed into one
field, it will be difficult to set up your labels correctly.
