Can outlook help me schedule a meeting with someone in a different, but
unknown time zone? I waste a lot of time emailing (what time zone are you?
I'm GMT-5 what are you? I don't know, it's 5pm here now what time is it where
you are, etc.) Give me the capability to understand the timezone of someone
I'm calling, or emailing, easily and automatically.

Is there a way to do this now?

Hi Bill, we are distributing to our registered users at the end of this week
details of version 2 of our popular Outlook addin WS:Repeat Appointment.
Version 1 has proven to be our most popular addin to date and we believe the
significant enhancements made on client feedback will continue the success
of our product.

WS:Repeat Appointment II (WS:RAII) has built in the feature I believe you
require. It
allows up to five TimeZones to be configured so that when you set a time for
an appointment (say a conference call with participants spanning multiple
time zones) it shows the appointment time in the five zones configured,
allowing you to determine an appropriate appointment time for all concerned.

If you would like to know more then go to www.websetters.co.uk and register
free your interest in WS:Repeat Appointment and you will receive the
newsletter detailing the product announcement. In overview WS:RAII includes
the following features.

a. All the features of WS:Repeat Appointment I plus
b. Ability to mix appointments that meet a pattern with adhoc
appointments. For example you can set an appointment for the first Monday of
each month and then modify with adhoc function to change some Mondays to the
Tuesday.
c. Specify which days of the week will be part of the repeat pattern, you
can schedule an appointment to occur every 5 days but only include Monday,
Wednesday and Friday in the five day count.
d. Send invites as well as set personal appointments
e. Configure up to five time zones so that when an appointment is set, you
can see what time the appointment will occur in each time zone. Ideal for
setting appointments that involve people in different time zones
(e.g.conference calls)
f. Set different appointment times for some appointments in the Repeat
Group

Regards
Graeme
