Make Index page numbers hyperlinks

Want to make the page numbers in a standard, generated Index, but there does not appear to be any way to do this. The \h switch which makes the page numbers in TOC, List of Tables, etc. hyperlinks inserts headings (e.g. -A-, -B-, etc.) in an index.

Thought that this would be logical, but can't locate anything anywhere (Help, Knowledge Base) about how to do this, or even if it's possible.
 
Hi Lee,

This newsgroup is for questions about Microsoft Access, the database
program. I'm not sure what program you're asking about (Word, perhaps?) but
it doesn't seem, as far as I can tell, to be Access. You'd probably have a
better chance of getting an answer to your question in a newsgroup dedicated
to the program you're asking about.
