I am using Outlook 2003.

Is it possible to have the holidays, added thru the
Calendar Options page, automatically be given Labeled and
highlighted with the proper color?

Thanks for any help.

Right click on a holiday, select Automatic Formatting. Add Holidays to the
list, set your display name and the preferred color. At the bottom of that
same window, select Condition. In the next window, set the condition for
the Holiday label. I use (United States) since that appears on all of my
holiday titles. Okay out and you should see your holiday labels displayed
in the color you chose.

I did that and there was no change on the holidays as
displayed, they still show as "no label."
Here is the way I did everything let me know if I did
something wrong.

In Automatic Formatting:

I select ADD and rename to "Holidays"
I select my Label color.

Then I click on CONDITION
In the Search for the words field I entered "United
States"
The IN field I selected "subject field only"

The other two tabs, More Choices and Advanced, I didn't
make any changes to them.

Try (United States) in parentheses rather than quote marks.

I got it to work. I had to delete them first then I
added them again. After that I followed your first
instructions and it worked.
Thanks
