Help does not tell me how to do anything - just that i can or can't.

Dear microsoft programmers, do you remember school? You asked questions.
Most of them were answered in a helpful way. You must try to do that for your
customers - help them with answers to HOW they sort out your programming
failures.

SO, how do I send a message in email, from Microsoft Outlook, through my
wireless network, to another person on the intenet without all this crap?

You have to have an email account. Ask your Internet mail provider what the correct settings would be, then set up the account in Tools | E-mail Accounts.

After you have the account set up, click the New button in the Inbox to create a new message, address it, give it a subject, write the message, then click Send.
