How do you make a folder on a CD-RW. In DOS I would
"md test" (make directory, test). I would then copy files into that
directory (folder). How is that done on a CD? I am using NERO??

To make a folder on a CD RW directly, the CD has to be formatted for packet
writing.

Are you writing to the CD all at once, or a little bit at a time using
Nero's InCD software?

If it is Nero itself, and not the InCD software that comes with it, you
open Nero to show the layout for the CD and an explorer view of hard
disks as well. In the layout, right click at any point in the explorer
style tree of folders in the left pane (initially on NEW) and there is
'Create Folder'.

If you use InCD with CD-RW and have formatted one, then you open it in
My Computer or Explorer just as if it were a hard drive. Then make a
folder using File - New - Folder, just as on hard drive
