Make database to import to Outlook Express

I copied my friends AOL address book to a Text File and also a HTML file. Is
there a way to make a database so I can import the email addresses to Outlook
Express? Thank you

No need to create a database to do this. OE can import a text file into the
address book. In OE go to File, Import, Other Address Books - one of the
types is text (comma-separated file).
