Make BkGnd Image span the entire cell when using %

I am trying to make my site re-size to full screen when people have different
resolution settings. I changed my table from pixels to percent. However all
of my background images are not filling the whole cell. How can I make my
background images size with the cell?

You can't, unless you want them to be distorted.

If your background image is ONLY for a background COLOR or if for some
reason your background image being distorted does NOT MATTER -- then you can
make the background image huge; say 600 x 600 pixels. Then it will squish
down to whatever size the end users are viewing and will fill the cells fine.
(sorry, if you need an actual picture image appearance to remain intact,
there is no way to do that, as the other responder noted)

But such a large background image will slow down the loading of the page.
