Make all mp3 levels the same?

Have a ton of MP3s Ive collected over the years. In process of
converting them into a library. Use them often in car and MP3 player.
The recording levels for them are all over the place. Is there an
application I can use that will batch process them to make all the
levels equal, presumably to match the highest level in the batch?

I use a program called MP3Gain. I don't have the link for it but you can
probably find it easily using Google or other search engine.
