Make a quick page of a directory listing?

I've got FP 2002 and I need to make a quick file-list page that would look
something like if the web server allowed showing file listing by default
(this server does not). This would be a big help because when I want to
leave a handful of files for people in a directory I'd rather email them a
link to the page rather than a link to every file.

You would need some server-side programming to do this. What OS is the host
machine running?
