Make a new folder

Nothing happen when I click on the "Make a new folder" entry in the task
pane of Explorer Windows XP (which is displayed on the left-hand side of
the window).

I believe that it does happen since I have install Internet Explorer 7
beta 2.

Try right clicking the right hand side.
