I am just thinking that if there is a CD that can be worked as system
environment. What i mean i want some applications can work from CD
instead of installing them on my pc because sometimes i need them for a
short time.Is there a way or something, or i should use external
harddisk?

No, unless an application is designed to run from the CD it must be
installed to run. Installing applications to an external drive isn't a good
idea either because the registry could become terribly confused if the disk
is switched off and/or the drive letter changes.

If you only require them for a short time why not install them and then
remove them when you're done?

There are a few applications that can run from a thumbdrive (usb). What are
you trying to run?
