Make a Calendar

I have a simple database in Access with function booking dates, names,
numbers, prices, etc. and want to present and print this data in a calendar
format so I can see at a glance what dates are booked and what are free. Can
I do this in Access or export to Outlook? & how please?
 
It can be done in Access by creating a crosstab query and then using the
crosstab query to create an unbound report. The problem is this involves
lots of VBA coding, so telling you how would be too much here.

I also believe you can have data fill in from Outlook to Access and vice
versa, however this also takes some VBA coding.

Sometimes you can find examples on the Internet. You might want to search on
a phrase such as "Creating Calendars in Microsoft Access" or similiar.
